Short note before the file drop window opens. What we're looking for today — and what we're not.

Today the Pentagon’s UAP file release window opens. The mechanism, per the people Hegseth’s office is reportedly briefing, is a staged release through aliens.gov — Corbell and Knapp’s framing is the line worth remembering: slow and steady at first, nothing shocking initially. Patel says the first batch was handed to the inter-agency committee on May 6.

Running parallel: Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project takes the National Press Club for its twenty-fifth anniversary. Reported speakers include a Green Beret on an Indiana NHI-artifact facility and a Marine on a 300-foot man-made UAP. Greer’s history says verify nothing in real time. We will. Watch anyway.

The cultural soundtrack is Joe Rogan #2495, where Rep. Tim Burchett goes through every Tic Tac and S4 reference you’ve already heard, plus Rogan’s disclosure as Iran-war distraction framing. Treat both as atmosphere; cite the documents.

What to actually read today: the AARO 2025 UAP Workshop paper — the under-covered document of the year, explaining how disclosure will operationally unfold while everyone else debates what gets released. And Avi Loeb’s selection-bias warning — the videos that get released aren’t necessarily the ones that would update your priors.

We’ll be back when the files land. The reaction dispatch ships shortly after.
